How to Get a Bulldoze Pokémon for Rocky Ridges in Pokopia
Getting a Bulldoze Pokémon for Rocky Ridges can be tricky if you’re not sure where to look. Fortunately, there are two reliable methods to obtain one. This guide will walk you through both options so you can choose the approach that works best for your playthrough.
Option 1: Capturing Larvitar
The first method involves obtaining Larvitar, which naturally spawns in the Rocky Ridges area. To capture Larvitar, you’ll need to have completed the story segment where you level up your Leafage Pokémon.
Once you’ve met that requirement, head down to the designated spawning area. Here’s the important part: you’ll need to create a Moss habitat, but placement is crucial. Make sure you do not place the moss habitat next to the water.
Instead, create your moss habitat on the dry land. For example, if you break two blocks and place four blocks in the correct location, you can establish the habitat away from the water. With the moss habitat properly set up, Larvitar should spawn and become available for capture.

Option 2: Transferring Pokémon from Other Areas
If you’ve already captured Larvitar elsewhere or prefer to use a different Bulldoze Pokémon like Onyx, there’s an alternative method. This approach allows you to bring any Bulldoze Pokémon from other areas into Rocky Ridges.
Steps to Transfer Your Pokémon
First, locate Score Bunny or another NPC who can manage your Pokémon. Ask them to have your chosen Bulldoze Pokémon (whether it’s Onyx, Larvitar, or another compatible Pokémon) follow you.

Once your Pokémon is following you, navigate to the home menu and select the option to return home. From there, change your current location to Rocky Ridges. Your Pokémon will now follow you into this area, effectively transferring it to Rocky Ridges as your Bulldoze Pokémon.

Summary
You now have two proven methods to get a Bulldoze Pokémon for Rocky Ridges in Pokopia. You can either create a Moss habitat to spawn and capture Larvitar directly, or transfer an existing Bulldoze Pokémon like Onyx from another area by having it follow you and then changing your location to Rocky Ridges. Choose whichever method fits your current game progress and Pokémon collection.
