To craft your bricks, you’ll need a Pokémon with the Burn ability. Torchic is one option available to you. You can find Torchic in the Bleak area, where you’ll locate a bird box with a plate and food nearby. Interact with this setup to encounter and obtain Torchic.

Important Note: Torchic can sometimes be bugged and may not allow you to use the crafting function. If you encounter this issue, proceed to use an alternative Pokémon instead.

Using Charmander (Alternative Method)

If Torchic isn’t working or unavailable, Charmander is a reliable alternative. You can access Charmander by using the “Return Home” option to navigate to a different location where Charmander resides.

In fact, any Pokémon with the Burn ability will work for this task, so don’t feel limited to just these two options.

Crafting Your Bricks

Once you have your squishy clay and a Pokémon with Burn ability (such as Charmander), interact with the Pokémon and select “Look at this” to begin the crafting process.

The Pokémon will acknowledge your squishy clay and ask if you’d like them to make bricks for you. Confirm this request by selecting “Make me some bricks” and hand over your squishy clay.

The crafting will take a moment to process. Once complete, you’ll receive 20 bricks in exchange for your squishy clay. The exact duration of the crafting process may vary, but it completes relatively quickly.
