To hire a janitor, you’ll first need to unlock the necessary bureaucratic permissions. Start by navigating to the bureaucracy menu in the top left corner of your screen.

Learn Maintenance

Hire a Foreman

Learn Cleaning

Access the Staff Menu

Once you’ve completed the bureaucratic requirements, it’s time to bring your janitor onto the payroll. Click on the staff menu located in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Hire Your Janitor

In the staff menu, you’ll see a list of available positions on the left side. Locate and click on the janitor option.
