Minimum size: 6×6

An important note: you don’t actually hire a spiritual leader directly. Instead, the spiritual leader is automatically assigned to your prison once two conditions are met:

You have a completed chapel with all required components

You have the spiritual guidance program scheduled

When your scheduled program time arrives (in this example, 5pm), the spiritual leader will automatically enter your prison and proceed directly to the chapel to begin the spiritual guidance program.
