Quest Availability

The Ring Quest is only available after you defeat Backus and agree to help Farcas. This is the perfect time to tackle the quest since you’ll already be in the right location.

Looting the Room

Before proceeding with the quest objective, take time to thoroughly loot the area. This room contains an enormous amount of valuable items that you’ll need to inspect anyway for the ring.

Here’s what you can find:

Multiple boxes scattered throughout the room

Sergering and Rum items

A map located at the back of the room

Treasury key from the previous area

Additional rings and valuable items

An amethyst located on the northwest side of the room within the bookshelf

Managing Your Inventory

Be aware that many of the items in this room—particularly chalices and other collectibles—carry significant weight. Consider selling these items or leaving them behind when you exit the building to manage your inventory capacity effectively.

Speaking with Farcas

After you’ve finished looting, exit through the Treasury Room door. You’ll encounter Farcas outside, and you can initiate dialogue by asking him to tell you the truth about the ring.
