Ambrosia is a tradeable currency in Hades that becomes available after you’ve already given a character their maximum amount of Nectar. Once you’ve gifted 6 Nectar to any character, their affection meter will display a locked heart. After unlocking this heart, you’ll be able to give them Ambrosia instead of Nectar to continue strengthening your bond with them.

Using Ambrosia to Deepen Relationships

The primary use of Ambrosia is to forge deeper bonds with characters you’ve already gifted Nectar to. This is particularly useful for characters like Scylla, who can receive multiple gifts of Ambrosia to reach maximum affection.

To give Ambrosia to a character, approach them and press the G key to initiate the gift. Each Ambrosia given will increase their relationship meter by one heart. You’ll need to continue giving Ambrosia until all remaining hearts are filled to achieve a complete bond with that character.
