Challenge 6 in Chapter 1 of Halloween The Game requires you to locate and identify six residents throughout the game area. Understanding Ghost Mode

To begin Challenge 6, you’ll need to go into the shadows and activate ghosty mode. Once in this mode, you can run around freely to search for residents. A key advantage of ghost mode is that you can walk through walls and other solid objects, giving you access to hidden areas.

Keep in mind that when you’re in orange mode, you cannot complete the challenge. You’ll retain your weapon when you exit shadow mode, so there’s no risk of losing your equipment during exploration.

Finding the First Three Residents

Resident 1 – Workshop Area

The first resident can be found in the workshop area. Simply look around and you’ll spot a person. Be aware that if someone is too close or standing in the light, you may need to back away and try again later.

Resident 2 – Workshop Area (Continued)

There’s also another person located in the same workshop area, positioned up in the space. This completes two residents from the workshop location.

Resident 3 – Village Ruins Exploration

After completing the workshop area, continue exploring the village ruins. You’ll notice the area is quite large, so take your time navigating through it. Look around the pub area and the bikers’ location as you search for the third resident.

Finding the Last Three Residents

There’s a big building in the area where you can find two residents. This building also contains an axe as a collectible. Take note of the surrounding landmarks: there’s a silo nearby, and the building sits in a recognizable position within the village layout.

Residents 4 & 5 – The Houses

Once you exit the building where you found the axe, continue in the same direction. You’ll discover a house nearby. Outside this house, there’s an area to the left where you can enter. In this vicinity, there are two houses you can access.

Resident 6 – Final Location

Inside one of these houses, you’ll find the final resident needed to complete the challenge. Once you’ve located this person, you will have successfully found all six residents required for Challenge 6.
