The “An Important Night at the Restaurant” quest takes place in the Ratatouille realm. To begin, enter the kitchen in the Ratatouille realm and speak with Remy. He’ll explain that a food critic is visiting tonight, and you need to work in the kitchen to cook meals for the restaurant’s guests.

Step 1: Wash the Dirty Dishes

Your first task is to clean up the kitchen. Select your watering can and wash all the dirty dishes you’ll find throughout the kitchen. There are dirty dishes in multiple locations:

Some dishes near the main counter

Additional dishes by the food preparation area

More dishes where the food ingredients are stored

Once you’ve cleaned all the dishes, inform Remy that you’re ready to start cooking.

Step 2: First Course – Grilled Fish

Navigate to the counter in Remy’s kitchen and browse the available ingredients. You’ll find a rainbow trout here. Collect it and head to the cooking pan.

Press use on the pan and add the rainbow trout to start cooking. This will create a grilled fish dish. Once complete, talk to Remy and show him your creation—he’ll be impressed with your effort.

Step 3: Second Course – Fruit Salad

Return to the ingredient counter and collect a banana. Head back to the cooking pan and add the banana to create a fruit salad. The recipe is straightforward—simply use any fruit available.

Once the fruit salad is prepared, talk to Remy again. He’ll be impressed and ask you to prepare something more complicated.

Wheat

Note: If you prefer the banana pie, simply substitute a banana for the apple.

Collect all three ingredients and head to the cooking pot. Add the wheat, apple, and butter, then mix them together to create an apple pie. Present this dish to Remy.

Once prepared, take this dish to the serving hatch and place it there. Return to talk with Remy, and he’ll inform you that the food critic gave five stars to the ratatouille!

Step 9: Unlock Remy and Build His House

Exit the restaurant and return to your village. Press F on your keyboard to open the requests menu. Select “Remy’s house” from the available options.

Choose where to place Remy’s house in your village. You’ll notice a small Donald McDuck sign on the house that indicates the front. Position the house opposite the restaurant for thematic placement, then right-click to confirm.

Run to the front of the house and press E to unlock it. Scrooge McDuck will ask for 2,000 gold to complete the house placement. Pay the fee, and Remy’s house will be officially unlocked in your village.
