Starting the Quest

Begin by heading to the centre of the map and locating the park area in the north west section of the map, nestled in a small alleyway. Here you’ll find Branch, the NPC who will offer you the “Get Well, Fennekin” side quest.

Traveling to Prism Tower

Once you’ve picked up the quest from Branch, use the fast travel system to head directly to Prism Tower. This is the quickest way to progress through the quest objectives.

Finding the Herbalist Cafe

After arriving at Prism Tower, turn around and head immediately south. You’ll discover a quaint little cafe. Approach the old man standing outside the cafe—he is the herbalist you need to speak with. During your conversation, he will explain that he needs a revitalising snack, but the area where they used to gather these items is now part of Wild Zone 5.

Accessing Wild Zone 5

Wild Zone 5 is located up near Prism Tower. Rather than running through the streets, use the fast travel system again to return to Prism Tower, then head directly into Wild Zone 5 from there.

Clearing the Sludge Obstacle

Upon entering Wild Zone 5, approach the side of the park and you’ll encounter a sludge blockage. To clear this obstacle, use any water-type attack on it—Water Gun works perfectly. Any water attack from any water-type Pokemon will successfully remove the sludge and allow you to proceed.

Navigating the Underwater Alleyway

Continue forward and you’ll encounter another water obstacle. Don’t worry about jumping down—you’re completely safe doing so. There’s a ladder available to climb back up if needed. Use another water attack to clear your path through this underwater alleyway section. This will allow you to reach the other side of the park.

Searching for the Revitalising Twig

Once you’ve navigated through the underwater passage, look for small red spots scattered throughout the park. Investigate these spots by interacting with them. You’ll need to check several of these red markers, as not all of them contain what you’re looking for. There are multiple red spots in this area of the park to examine.

Locating the Final Twig

After checking a few spots on the ground level, look upward in the park. You’ll notice one of the red spots is positioned higher up. Climb the ladder on the side of the park to reach it. Here you’ll find the perfect revitalising twig—this is the item the herbalist needs.

Returning to Complete the Quest

With the revitalising twig in hand, zoom out on your map to see your fast travel options. If available, fast travel to Magenta Plaza or another nearby location. Alternatively, return to Prism Tower and make your way back to Branch at the park. This will be much quicker than running back through the streets manually.

Completing the Quest and Catching Fennekin

Return to Branch at the park and talk to him while holding the revitalising twig. After completing this final interaction, not only will you complete the “Get Well, Fennekin” quest, but you’ll also catch Fennekin as a reward. Congratulations—you’ve successfully obtained Fennekin number 217!
