Buried City LiDar Scanner Location in ARC Raiders

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the exact location and steps needed to place the LIDAR scanner in the Buried City map of ARC Raiders. This objective is part of the “Eyes in the Sky” mission, and we’ll show you the quickest route to reach the scanner placement point.

Heading to the Gallery

Start by navigating to the gallery area, located on the northeast side of the Buried City map. From the south side of the gallery, you can walk straight up toward the top of the tower. This is the most straightforward approach to begin your ascent.

Climbing to the Roof

As you continue walking upward, you’ll need to jump onto a series of ledges to reach the roof. First, jump up onto the initial ledge, then proceed to jump up again onto the next ledge.

There’s a ledge that creates a natural pathway you can jump over to access the roof where you need to place the scanner. Jump across carefully to ensure you reach the correct position.

Using the Zipline

Once you’ve jumped across the ledges, you’ll find yourself needing to gain more height. To reach the final placement location, you’ll need to deploy your zipline. Equip your zipline tool and place it strategically to ascend to the upper area safely.

Place your zipline carefully—proper placement is essential to avoid falling. Once deployed correctly, use the zipline to climb to the target height.

Placing the Scanner

After successfully using the zipline and reaching the correct position, you’re ready to place the LIDAR scanner. Simply position yourself at the marked location and deploy the scanner.

Once placed, the scanner will activate and your objective will be complete. If you’ve successfully placed the other two LIDAR scanners in different locations, you’ll have finished the “Eyes in the Sky” mission entirely.
