How to Run Logistics in Wardogs
How to Run Logistics in Wardogs
Logistics is a crucial role in Wardogs that can generate steady income for your team. This guide will walk you through every step of the logistics process, from selecting the right vehicle to loading supplies and earning profits. Whether you’re new to the game or looking to optimize your logistics runs, this tutorial covers everything you need to know.
Getting Started: Vehicle Selection
Visiting the Vehicle Vendor
Your first step is to head to the vehicle vendor. Here, you’ll have access to various transport options to carry your logistics supplies.

Choosing Between Air and Land Transport
You have two main options when selecting a logistics vehicle: air transport or land transport.
Air Transport Options:
MH6
Z20 Lakota
Both air transport vehicles come with optional logistics crates capability.

Land Transport (Recommended):
For most logistics runs, you’ll want to use land transport. The recommended vehicles are:
URL – Features an exposed landing space and optional logistics crates. Cost: $5,000. This is the best early-game option.
URL Defender – A normal armoured variant

Purchasing Your Vehicle
Once you’ve selected your vehicle, simply click on it to purchase. There is no confirmation button required—clicking the vehicle instantly completes the purchase. Your new vehicle will appear ready to use.

Loading Your Logistics Crate
Accessing the Logistics Menu
Once inside your vehicle, you can begin purchasing logistics items. Access the logistics menu by selecting the option to buy ammo or supplies. From there, click on “Logistics” to view available crate options.

Understanding Crate Types
Small Crates:
Small crates provide 24 slots for storing items. You can fill these slots with a variety of supplies including:
Bandages
FOBs (Forward Operating Bases)
Ammunition
Supplies for buildable weapons
Resuscitators
Other miscellaneous items

Large Crates:
Large crates become available as you progress, but may not be purchasable in early game.

Understanding Pallets
Pallets are used to deliver supplies directly to your FOB. These come in several types:
Ammo Supply Pallet – Contains ammunition and fuel supplies, useful for mortars and other weapons
Mechanical Supply Pallet – Provides mechanical supplies, ammo, and fuel
Building Supplies Pallet – Delivers construction materials for base development

To add pallets to your logistics load, select them and confirm your choices. They will appear in your logistics inventory on the right side of the screen.

Delivering Your Supplies
Transporting Your Cargo
Once you’ve loaded your crate or pallets, drive to your base or the designated delivery location. Your loaded supplies will travel with you in the vehicle.

Unloading at Your Destination
Upon arrival at your base, you need to unload your supplies. On the right side of your screen (above your health indicator), you’ll see an unload button. On PC, this is the G key. Press this button to unload all resources from your vehicle.

Unpacking Resources
After unloading, approach the dropped supplies and press F to unpack the resources. This makes them available for your team to use or purchase.

Making Profit from Logistics
Small Crate Revenue
Small crates generate profit through individual purchases. Once unpacked, teammates can approach the crate and purchase individual items from your supply. They pay for each item, and you keep the profits.

Large Crate and Pallet Revenue
Large crates and pallets generate a flat payment. When teammates unpack these items, you receive $750 per pallet unpacked. This provides a consistent, reliable income stream for your logistics efforts.

Summary
Running logistics in Wardogs is a straightforward process that rewards patience and consistency. Start by purchasing a URL vehicle for $5,000, load it with either small crates (for item-by-item sales) or pallets (for flat $750 payouts), transport your supplies to your base, and unload using the G key before unpacking with F. With multiple runs, you can generate significant income while supporting your team’s supply needs. The key to success is maintaining a steady rotation of supply runs and choosing the right mix of crates and pallets based on your team’s current needs.
