All Crate Locations for Refinery Pollution Point in Once Human

The Refinery Pollution Point is one of the first areas you’ll explore in Once Human, located just south of the Greywater camp in the Ion River region. This location contains valuable loot scattered across multiple levels and structures. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the exact locations of all five crates (2 gear crates, 2 mystical crates, and 1 weapon crate) so you can collect them efficiently.

Getting to the Refinery Pollution Point

The Refinery Pollution Point is located south of the Greywater camp, accessible from the east side. When you arrive, head right toward the area marked by the refinery pollution point logo. Be prepared for enemies in the area, especially near the rail carts.

Crate 1: Gear Crate (North Section)

Start by heading behind all of the rail carts in the north section of the base. You’ll find the first gear crate positioned up on the ledge above these carts. Watch out for enemies in this area as they can be quite annoying.

Crate 2: Mystical Crate (Treasure Chest Area)

Also in the north section, there’s a treasure chest with a mystical crate located in the bottom left-hand corner of the top section. To reach it, climb up on the nearby building and make your way up by jumping across the various ledges and structures. You can glide between platforms to reach the higher areas.

Exploring the Main Complex (South Section)

The remaining three crates are located in the south area of the pollution point within and around the main complex building. This is a large structure where you’ll need a torch for better visibility as you navigate the interior.

Crate 3: Weapon Crate (Second Floor Office)

Enter the main building and head to the second floor. In the office area on this level, you’ll find the weapon crate. Make sure you explore the second floor thoroughly.

Crate 4: Mystical Crate (Roof Area)

To reach the roof, look for the large ladder located outside near the staircase you used to access the second floor. Climb this ladder to reach the roof level. Once on top, move to the opposite side of the roof from where you climbed up, being careful of any enemies below. Drop down onto the ledge and you’ll find the mystical crate in this location.

Crate 5: Gear Crate (Truck Bed)

The final gear crate is the easiest to collect. Simply jump down from the edge of the building where you found the mystical crate. You’ll land near a truck parked in the back area. The gear crate is located in the bed of this truck—simply jump up onto it to collect this last reward.
