This comprehensive guide will walk you through the Hidden & Safe quest for destroyed shrines in The Blood of Dawnwalker. Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete the “Enshrined Obsession” quest and unlock all shrine locations across the entire map.

Starting the Quest in the City

Begin by traveling to the city to initiate the quest called “Enshrined Obsession.” Once you arrive in the city, navigate to the location marked south of the city center.

Important note: This quest can only be completed at night time.

Navigating to the Shrine Investigation Point

Head to the southern part of the city where a custom marker has been placed. Jump over the wall and descend to the lower level. You’ll find a small stash here that you can loot for valuable items.

Continue through the alley ahead. Climb up onto the wall, then ascend to the balcony and enter the building from there.

Investigating the Building

Once inside, equip your torch to illuminate the space. Loot all available items and interact with the environment. You must investigate three key objects to progress:

Investigate the bed

Investigate the desk

Exit through the door

Completing these investigations will unlock every single shrine location on the entire map—both destroyed and undestroyed shrines will now be visible.

Fast Traveling to the Ruined Hut

Exit the building and return to a fast travel point. Head left twice to find the quickest route out. Once you reach a fast travel point, travel outside the city.

Fast travel to the Ruined Hut location. If you haven’t discovered it yet, exit the city’s main gate and travel east across the river.

Locating the Cave Entrance

From the Ruined Hut, head south toward the clearing. Continue moving through the landscape until you reach a small cliff face. A cave entrance will be visible nearby.

Enter the cave and proceed inside. Crouch down to navigate through the low passages and make your way all the way to the back of the cave.

Completing the Quest

On the shelf-like formation at the back of the cave, you will find everything you need to complete the Hidden & Safe quest. Collect the items to finish this objective.
