Starting the Quest: The Balcony

Begin by heading outside onto the balcony of your current location. From there, move left and make your way to the back of the building. Completing this quest at nighttime is recommended because you’ll be able to traverse as a vampire, which makes navigation easier.

At the back of the building, you’ll find an interactive wall. Interact with it and you’ll be able to talk to the guards who are hiding inside. They’ll direct you to retrieve a necklace, which becomes your primary objective.

Finding the Necklace: Centina’s Tomb

Your next destination is Centina’s Tomb, located in the building directly in front of you. You have the option to clear out the nuns in the area if you wish, though it’s not necessary for quest completion.

We recommend traversing across the roofs to reach the tomb entrance. Navigating at nighttime is significantly easier, though it’s unclear if this is a strict requirement.

Investigating the Tomb

Once inside Centina’s Tomb, you’ll see murals on the walls depicting Centina’s journey. While interesting, examining these murals is optional and not required for quest progression.

Investigate the body on the floor to discover that the necklace has been stolen. If you’re playing during daytime, you can use the Compel Soul ability, though this option may not be available in vampire form.

Looting the Chest

Head upstairs and search the chest in the upper area. Inside you’ll find a note that provides clues about your next destination.

There’s also an optional bell tower you can explore if desired, though it’s not necessary for quest completion. To access it, simply climb up to the tower entrance.

The Infirmary: Finding the Key

Your next objective is to reach the Infirmary, which is located in a building nearby. Jump across to the building and approach the front door.

Unlocking the Infirmary Door

The front door to the Infirmary is locked with an inscription. You’ll need to find the key, which is located in a nearby shed around the back of the building.

Search the shed carefully to locate the keys needed to unlock the Infirmary door.

Inside the Infirmary/Sacristy

Once you’ve unlocked the door, enter the Infirmary (also referred to as the Sacristy). You’ll find a body on the floor inside. Inspect the corpse to examine it.

After inspecting the body, loot it to obtain the relic. This is a crucial item needed to complete the quest.

Returning to the Guard and Quest Completion

With the relic now in your possession, return to the guards in the building where the quest began. Make your way back through the alleyway and inspect the window at the location where you first met the guards.
