If you want to know how to get your hands on this powerful weapon, there are actually several methods available, and most are easier than you might think.

Visit a Ripper Dock

The most straightforward way to obtain Gorilla Arms is to visit a Ripper Dock and purchase them directly. Find a Ripper Doc like Roni La Flure and tell them you want to get the implant installed.

However, there’s an important requirement: you’ll need a Street Cred level of 45 or higher to purchase them from Ripper Docks. As you progress through the game and increase your Street Cred, these implants will become available for purchase.

Cyberware Tiering System (Post 2.0 Update)

After the 2.0 update of Cyberpunk, Ripper Docks now offer tiered cyberware. This means higher-level characters can access legendary versions of Gorilla Arms. You may want to consider purchasing cheaper versions early on and upgrading them as you progress through the game.

Inventory Refresh

If the Ripper Dock you’re visiting doesn’t have Gorilla Arms in stock, simply wait 24 hours. This will refresh their inventory and the items should become available.

Get Them Free from the Main Story

The easiest way to obtain Gorilla Arms without spending any money is to complete the main story. After finishing the “Point of No Return” quest, legendary Gorilla Arms will be automatically added to your inventory at no cost.

Complete the “Assault in Progress” Side Job

If you want a rare version of Gorilla Arms before reaching the endgame, you can complete the “Assault in Progress” side job located in Coastview, Pacifica, east of the stadium parking fast travel point. This will reward you with a rare-tier version of the implant.

Keep in mind that you’ll still need Street Cred level 40 to complete this job, and by that point, you could already purchase them from a Ripper Dock anyway.
