Investigating the Ruins in the Forgotten Lands

Your first objective is to investigate the ruins located in the Forgotten Lands. Head to the northern part of the Forgotten Lands—the ruins are quite small and easy to miss, so keep your eyes open as you explore this area.

If you’re having difficulty locating it around the lake area, try checking near Scar’s house or directly across from it—players have reported finding the crystal in both locations, so you may need to search both spots.

Glade of Trust Crystal

Travel to the Glade of Trust and search near the Big Willow Tree. The crystal should be nestled within the tree itself or near the entrance to Mother Goughel’s house. You should be able to spot it easily once you’re in the right area.

Frosted Heights Crystal

The final crystal is located in the Frosted Heights, near the river. Head to the entrance at the top of the Frosted Heights and look around the river area—you’ll find the crystal waiting to be picked up.

Placing the Crystals in the Pedestals

Once you have collected all four crystals, return to the Forgotten Lands and head back to the ruins where you started. You’ll find multiple pedestals in this location. Interact with each pedestal and transfer one crystal into each of them from your inventory. All pedestals work the same way, so the process is straightforward.

After placing all the crystals into their respective pedestals, a magical crystal will appear in the center of the ruins. Pick this up—it’s the final item you need for the quest.
