Starting the Quest

Begin by talking to Mother Goofle to initiate the quest. She will give you your first objective.

Gathering Materials for the Mick Berry Tree

Your first task is to collect three items that Mother Goofle needs for crafting a Mick Berry tree:

Item 1: Softwood

Softwood can be picked up directly from the ground throughout the valley. Simply walk over it and collect it.

Item 2: Soil

To collect soil, use a shovel to dig it up from the ground.

Item 3: Electronic Components from Wally’s House

Head to Wally’s house, which is the cool truck located in the valley. Look for a small red trash can-like container. Inside, you’ll find a box containing the electronic components you need.

Crafting the Mick Berry Tree

Once you’ve gathered all three materials (softwood, soil, and electronic components), head to your crafting bench. Select “Infinite Job” and then choose “Mick Berry Tree” from the menu to craft it.

Placing the Mick Berry Tree

After crafting the Mick Berry tree, place it next to Scrooge’s store. Open your inventory, go to furniture requests, select the Mick Berry tree, and place it down in the desired location.

Speaking with Goofy

Next, locate and talk to Goofy to progress the quest.

After speaking with Goofy, return to Mother Goofle to receive your next objectives.

Finding Scrooge McDuck’s Locked Chest at Dazzle Beach

You now need to find two items: Scrooge McDuck’s locked chest and his key. For additional hints, you can speak to Scrooge directly.

Head to Dazzle Beach and look for the entrance at the grassy knoll. Search the area carefully—you’ll see a little sparkle on the ground indicating the chest’s location. Line yourself up with the pedestal and walk over the chest to pick it up.

Finding Scrooge McDuck’s Key in the Glade of Trust

The key is located in the Glade of Trust and can be obtained by fishing. Head to the lake in the Glade of Trust and look for an orange fishing spot. The key is in the left orange fishing spot on the left-hand side of the lake. Fish at this spot to retrieve Scrooge McDuck’s key.

Completing the Quest

With both items collected (Scrooge McDuck’s locked chest and his key), return to Mother Goofle and give her the items. Once you’ve handed over both items, the “My Kingdom for a Scroll” quest will be officially complete.
