If you want to find a villager quickly, access your map and turn off the villager’s icon, then turn it back on. The villager will appear right outside their house, making it easy to deliver your items without having to search the entire valley. While you don’t have to use this method, it’s a great time-saver.

Delivering to Each Villager

Start by delivering a Perfume of the Sea Enchantment to each of the three designated villagers. Use the map trick or navigate manually to find Merlin, Mike Wazowski, and Goofy. Give each of them their enchantment potion.

Returning to Ursula to Complete the Quest
