How To Get A Foreman In Prison Architect

In Prison Architect, hiring a Foreman is essential for managing your prison’s maintenance operations effectively. This guide walks you through the simple steps needed to unlock and hire your first Foreman, including the prerequisite research and office setup required to get them working.

Prerequisites: Learning Maintenance

Before you can hire a Foreman, you need to unlock the Maintenance research in your bureaucracy menu. Navigate to the top left of your screen and click on Bureaucracy.
