After finishing the village quests from Zacche, Luiz, and Calary, you’ll unlock the final quest: Eye of the Storm. Begin by talking to Zacche to initiate the quest. Your first objective is to explore the final island.

Remember your previous quest locations: you took the Elvisa quest on one island, the Calary quest on another, and now Eye of the Storm awaits on the final island. Your current location will be marked on your map.

Reaching the Final Island

To reach the final island, use your glider to travel from your current location. Make sure to land safely on the island once you arrive. Your goal is to inspect the main door located on this island.

You can enter through the entrance near the main door. Once you enter, the quest will update with your next objective.

Activating the Portal

Just as you did on the previous islands, you’ll need to activate the portal on this final island. This will trigger the next phase of the quest.

Locating and Collecting the Flow Generator Fragment

After activating the portal, talk to Zacche again. He will ask you to find and pick up a Flow Generator Fragment. The location of this fragment is at the top of the island, which requires some climbing.

Climbing the Mountain

Begin climbing the area to reach the top. Make sure to maximize your stamina before starting the ascent. Climbing steadily is more efficient than jumping frequently, as jumping will drain your stamina much faster.

Continue climbing the stone stairs. You’ll need to navigate through multiple sections—climb, turn, and adjust your path as necessary. The path will eventually lead you upward to your destination.

As you near the top, you’ll notice something glowing. This is the Flow Generator Fragment you’re looking for. Collect it by interacting with it.

After collecting the Flow Generator Fragment, drop down from your current position and talk to Zacche again. The quest will update once more.

Opening the Flow Gate

With the Flow Generator Fragment collected, the flow gate will open. This allows you to proceed to the next challenge: solving a lighting puzzle.

Solving the Lighting Puzzle

Inside the chamber beyond the flow gate, you’ll find a lighting puzzle in the shape of an eagle. Before attempting to solve it, take a moment to explore the room—there may be additional items available.

To solve the eagle-shaped lighting puzzle, follow this sequence of moves:

Turn the first light to the left

Turn the second light (follow the directional sequence)

Continue adjusting the lights in the correct pattern to match the eagle shape

The correct sequence involves turning lights left and right in a specific order to complete the eagle pattern. If you make a mistake, you can retry the puzzle.

Completing the Puzzle

Once you’ve arranged all the lights correctly to form the eagle pattern, the puzzle will complete with an animation sequence.

You can skip this animation if you wish and proceed directly to the quest completion.

After solving the lighting puzzle, the Eye of the Storm quest will be marked as completed. This concludes the final questline in Palia, wrapping up your adventures with Zacche and the other NPCs.
