Overview of East Blackfell Junction

East Blackfell Junction is located in the Iron River area, which is the third area you’ll encounter in Once Human. You’ll find it directly to the right of Greywater Camp. This location contains a total of five crates: two weapon crates, two gear crates, and one mystical crate, along with various treasure chests scattered throughout.

First Weapon Crate Location

The first weapon crate is the easiest to obtain in this area. Start at the main gates and head into the first main building you see in the bus yard. The weapon crate is sitting right outside the front door of this building, making it a quick and straightforward pickup.

First Gear Crate Location

Head south to the very bottom of the East Blackfell Junction area. As you travel, you’ll pass storage crates and bus signs along the way. Continue southeast until you reach the bunker-like buildings in the southern section. Once inside, jump up onto the conveyor belt, jump over the stairs, and you’ll find your first gear crate.

Mystical Crate Location

To reach the mystical crate, head to the main hospital building in the area. Enter through the front door by the emergency room. Take an immediate right to find a staircase and go up. When you can’t go any higher on that staircase, turn right to find another staircase leading upward. Continue through the second floor of the hospital until you reach the car park area.

From the car park, you’ll need to climb onto the roof. Jump onto a car first, then carefully jump onto the debris pile and keep attempting to climb until you get a foothold. Once you reach the roof, continue running and jumping across it. The mystical crate is located near the helipad on the roof.

Second Gear Crate Location

The second gear crate is located very close to the mystical crate. Once you’ve collected the mystical crate near the helipad, the gear crate is just around the corner in the same rooftop area.

Second Weapon Crate Location

The final weapon crate in East Blackfell Junction requires a bit of gliding and careful navigation. From the mystical crate location on the roof, make your way back and jump onto the first-floor balcony using a glide move. The weapon crate is located on this balcony area. Note that you cannot access this crate from inside the building—you must reach it by gliding from the roof.

Bonus Treasure Chest Crate

While exploring the car park area near the hospital, you’ll also find a treasure chest crate. This crate is located in the car park section. Follow along the area and you’ll spot it near the van—it’s an easy bonus pickup while you’re collecting the other crates.
