Holt Town Overview

Holt Town is situated in Chalk Peak on the right-hand side of the map. You’ll find it by heading northeast through tall grass. In total, there are six crates to collect in this area: two weapon crates, two gear crates, one treasure chest, and one mystical crate.

First Gear Crate: The Barn Area

Your first gear crate is located just outside of Holt Town, in a small hut area accessed from the east side. Head to the barn and look for logs behind it. While you might think you can jump over these logs, you’ll need to navigate around them instead. Come around the left side of the barn to find your first gear crate waiting for you.

Second Gear Crate & Locked Storage: The Southern House

Travel directly south into the main town area. You’ll spot a small green-marked house jutting out. There’s a lady standing near this house, and you’ll find a locked storage crate here. To open it, you’ll need to collect a few pages from inside the house. The code to unlock this storage crate is: 1, 2, 3, 4.

Weapon Crate: The Swimming Pool

From the house, head toward the stairs and make your way up. Continue climbing until you reach a swimming pool area. Inside the swimming pool itself, you’ll find a weapon crate. This is an easily accessible location once you’ve navigated to the pool area.

Treasure Chest & Mystical Crate: Behind the White House

Continue traveling westbound toward the edge of town. Behind the hedge of a white house, you’ll encounter an energy barrier. Step through this barrier—you’ll need to pass through it multiple times as it progresses. After stepping through the initial barrier, continue following the energy sequence downward through additional barriers. After passing through all the energy barriers, a mystical crate will appear, which contains your treasure chest.

Museum & Mansion Complex

Entering the Museum

Head up to the main area and locate the museum building. Enter through the front entrance. The interior is fairly well-lit, so you may not need your flashlight. Work your way through the museum toward the main skeleton display in the center.

Weapon Crate: Inside the Skeleton Display

Navigate to the back end of the museum where the main skeleton is located. On the right-hand side of the skeleton display, you’ll find a weapon crate. You can also vault over the maze-like walls in this area if you prefer not to navigate around them.

Storage Crate: Near the Skeleton Exit

As you exit the skeleton area, you’ll spot a storage crate down below. This is an additional storage crate you can loot while in the museum area.

Mystical Crate: Second Floor Behind Sealed Door

From the museum’s front entrance, jump over the first wall to access an elevator. Take the elevator upstairs to the first floor. You’ll see a yellow sealed-off area with a door that requires a Rosetta access card. If you’ve visited other Rosetta facilities in the area, you’ll have this card in your inventory. Rosetta staff members throughout the region drop these access cards. Open the door with your Rosetta access card to find a mystical crate in this secured room.

Final Gear Crate: The Dining Hall

In the same secured room with the mystical crate, you’ll find another elevator. Take this elevator down—it will lead you through to the other side of the museum complex, connecting to an adjacent mansion building. Exit the elevator and follow the corridor through the main mansion area. Continue walking through the house until you reach the dining hall. Here, you’ll find the last gear crate of Holt Town.
