All Crate Locations for Junkyard in Once Human

This comprehensive guide will walk you through every crate location, from the mystical crate hidden in a train car to gear and weapon crates scattered across the zone. Quick Quest: The Rules Investigation

Before you start hunting for crates, there’s a quick side quest worth completing called “The Rules.” For this quest, you’ll need to investigate the wire, talk to the clown, eliminate an enemy, and pull a trigger to complete it. This quest is a good warm-up before exploring the crate locations.

Crate Locations in the North Building

Mystical Crate in the Train Car

The first major crate you’ll find is the mystical crate located inside a train car at the top of the north building. To reach it, follow these steps:

Jump up onto the boxes near the building entrance

Sprint and jump onto the next elevated surface

Continue jumping upward to reach the roof of the building

Jump into the train car positioned at the top

Collect the mystical crate from inside the train car

Crate Locations on the South Side of the Junkyard

Reaching the South Side

The remaining crates are located on the southern side of the Junkyard. Head south through the main junkyard path and look for the junkyard logo as a landmark. Be cautious of Bruiser enemies in this area. You can reach the south buildings by taking a right through the gates.

Gear Crate Location

To efficiently access the gear crate on the south side, approach from the top of the building:

Jump over to the rocks and pipes leading to the building

Climb onto the building structure

Jump down to the first-floor balcony on the south side

Enter the building through the front

Proceed down the stairs or through the building interior

Exit through the back door

Reach the bottom floor where the gear crate is located

This approach from the top helps you avoid or bypass the guards stationed throughout the building. Watch out for the Bruiser enemy near the gear crate.

Weapon Crate Location

The final weapon crate is located on the opposite side of the south section. After collecting the gear crate, head to the other side of the area. Be aware of turrets in this zone, which is another reason why approaching from the top is recommended.

Once you’ve navigated to the correct building:

Locate the main building in this area (not the smaller building next to it)

Enter the main building

Head to the back room of the building

Collect the weapon crate

Summary

You’ve now found all the crates in the Junkyard! In total, you’ll collect:

1 Mystical Crate (in the train car at the north building)
