All Crate Locations for Greywater Industrial Zone in Once Human

The Greywater Industrial Zone is located just west of Greywater Camp, the main town in Iron River (the third area in Once Human). This guide will walk you through all five crates hidden throughout this zone: two gear crates, two weapon crates, and one mystical crate. Follow along as we explore the facility and collect every reward.

Overview of Crate Locations

Before you head into the Greywater Industrial Zone, know what to expect:

2 Gear Crates

1 Mystical Crate

This is a mutant-infested area, so you won’t need guns—but you will want to bring tools like handheld search lights to quickly defeat elite enemies.

Entering the Facility

Start at the main entrance of the Greywater Industrial Zone. Head straight forward and cross the bridge into the main facility. You’ll encounter a large elite enemy (a Glutton) as you cross—this is a good opportunity to use a handheld search light, which makes defeating these big enemies quick and easy.

Once the Glutton is defeated, you can proceed with locating the crates.

First Gear Crate (Main Bay)

After crossing the bridge, you’ll find a storage crate as you enter—this isn’t one of the valuable crates we’re looking for. Continue to the back of the main bay, where you’ll discover your first gear crate.

Mystical Crate and First Weapon Crate (Lower Level)

How to Access the Lower Level

To reach the lower level where the mystical crate is located, you need to go upstairs on the outside of the facility to reach the upper level. Keep climbing the stairs until you reach the top.

Once at the upper level, enter the main factory building. On the left-hand side, you’ll find an elevator button. Call the elevator and descend to the bottom floor.

Collecting the Mystical Crate

When you reach the lower level, turn on your torch—it’s dark down here. The mystical crate is waiting for you in the first room. Be careful, as this area is full of bugs.

First Weapon Crate

In the next room, just adjacent to the mystical crate, you’ll find your first weapon crate.

Second Gear Crate and Second Weapon Crate (Upper Boardwalk)

How to Access the Upper Boardwalk

Exit the lower level by taking the elevator back up. Once you’re back in the main factory building, head to the back of the building where you’ll find another elevator. Call this elevator to ascend to the upper boardwalk area.

Second Weapon Crate (Cage Area)

Once on the boardwalk, walk all the way around and turn right. You’ll see a cage structure—jump into it to find your second weapon crate. To exit, jump up on the barrels and then jump over the fence to get back out.

Second Gear Crate (Barrel Area)

From the cage area, head toward the nearby barrel areas. The last gear crate is technically behind the barrel area, near a gate on the other side. To reach it, jump up on the blue crates on the right-hand side, then jump up to the next crate.

Once you’re positioned on the higher crates, glide across to reach the final gear crate.

You’ve now collected all five crates from the Greywater Industrial Zone:

Gear Crate #1: Back of the main bay

Mystical Crate: Lower level (first room)

Weapon Crate #1: Lower level (second room)

Weapon Crate #2: Upper boardwalk cage area

Gear Crate #2: Barrel area (behind gate)
