How to Get All Pokemon in Wild Zone 5 – Pokemon Legends Z-A

Wild Zone 5 is located just southwest from the main tower in Pokemon Legends Z-A and contains seven different Pokemon species. This guide will walk you through the exact locations and methods to find and catch every Pokemon in this zone, from the easily accessible species on the lawns to the more challenging encounters on the rooftops.

Getting Started: Entering Wild Zone 5

Wild Zone 5 is positioned in the centre of the map. You can enter from the South Entrance, which is the primary access point for this guide. Once inside, you’ll begin your search for all available Pokemon in the zone.

Finding Venipede

Venipede is the first Pokemon you’re likely to encounter when entering Wild Zone 5 from the South Entrance. These creatures are extremely common and can be found in quite high abundance on the south lawn of Wild Zone 5. They’re one of the easiest Pokemon to locate in this zone, making them a perfect starting point for your collection.

Locating Bellsprout

To catch Bellsprout in Wild Zone 5, you’ll want to head in from the North Entrance, though you can also approach from the South Entrance. Unlike Venipede, Bellsprout doesn’t stay on the lawn but instead hangs out on the main grass street. Look carefully along the street and you’ll spot them easily. There’s also an alpha Bellsprout located just behind the main street area, and another one on the opposite side of the street visible in the background.

Catching Pidgey

Pidgey are distinctive in their positioning within Wild Zone 5 — they perch on top of cars throughout the zone. This makes them very easy to spot once you know what to look for. Simply scan the vehicles in the area and you’ll have no trouble locating them.

Finding Buneary

Buneary can be found on the lawn areas of Wild Zone 5, similar to Venipede. They’re relatively straightforward to locate once you explore the grassy sections of the zone.

Advanced Locations: Electrike, Abra, and Pidgeotto

The remaining three Pokemon — Electrike, Abra, and Pidgeotto — are located in a more restricted area of Wild Zone 5 that requires special access. To reach this section, you’ll need to navigate through a passageway blocked by sludge obstacles.

Breaking Through the Sludge Barrier

The path to the advanced section is blocked by sludge that can only be removed using a Water Pokemon’s Water Attack. You cannot use regular attacks like Quick Attack to clear the sludge — you must use Water-type moves such as Bubble Beam. Pokemon like Frogadier or any Water-type with water attacks will work effectively. Once you use a Water Attack, the sludge will clear just like breaking locks elsewhere in the game.

Navigating the Rooftop Section

After clearing the sludge barrier, proceed through the alleyway. Continue straight across the small park area (you’ll notice more Venipedes here), and then head up the lawn. Turn left and you’ll see a ladder leading onto the rooftops. This is where the final three Pokemon are located.

Catching Electrike

Once you’re on the roofs, look behind you and you’ll spot Electrike on a roof in the distance. There are actually three different locations where Electrike can be found in this rooftop area. You can also go up a ladder located down below, walk along the edge, and find another Electrike in that direction as well. This gives you multiple options for encountering and catching this Pokemon.

Locating Abra

To find Abra, climb up the ladder in the rooftop section and then jump down. You’ll find an Abra waiting in that area. If you continue along the roofs and climb the next ladder, you’ll spot another Abra as you continue your exploration of the elevated section.

Finding Pidgeotto

Pidgeotto is located on the rooftops in Wild Zone 5. If you’re having difficulty locating it in the first spot, there’s another Pidgeotto on the next roof over, giving you an alternative location to catch this Pokemon.
