Prerequisites: Unlock the Castle First

Before you can unlock Belle, you need to unlock the Disney Dreamlight Valley castle. This is the foundational requirement that opens up access to the character realms within the castle itself.

Step 1: Navigate to the Second Floor

Once you’ve unlocked the castle, enter it and head up to the second floor of the Disney Dreamlight Valley castle. Look for the door in the middle of the floor—you’ll notice it has already been unlocked for you.

Step 2: Unlock the Beauty and the Beast Realm

At the door on the second floor, you’ll need to spend 12,000 Dream Light to unlock the Beauty and the Beast realm. This is the gateway to accessing Belle’s storyline.

Step 3: Complete “A Prince in Disguise” Quest

After opening the Beauty and the Beast realm, you’ll automatically unlock a quest called “A Prince in Disguise.” Complete this quest to progress toward unlocking Belle.

Step 4: Build the Beast’s Castle

During the “A Prince in Disguise” quest, you’ll need to place the Beast’s castle in your valley. This construction will cost you 20,000 gold to complete.

Step 5: Welcome Belle to Your Valley

Once you’ve completed the construction of the Beast’s castle, Belle will automatically move into Disney Dreamlight Valley. That’s all there is to it!
