How to Unlock Maui in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Ready to add the legendary demigod Maui to your Disney Dreamlight Valley roster? Unlocking Maui requires you to progress through the Moana Realm and complete a special cooking quest. This guide will walk you through every step needed to bring Maui into your valley.

Step 1: Unlock the Moana Realm

Start by heading to the Dreamlight Castle and locating the Moana Realm. This is one of the first rooms you can unlock, and you’ll find it on the ground floor in the middle section of the castle.

Step 2: Complete Moana’s Quests

Once inside the Moana Realm, complete the available quests with Moana. After finishing these quests, you’ll unlock Moana as a character and be able to build her house and move her to the valley.

Step 3: Return to the Moana Realm and Talk to Maui

After Moana is living in the valley with you, return to the Moana Realm. Here you’ll find Maui waiting for you. Talk to him to unlock his special quest.

Step 4: Complete “A Feast Worthy of a Demi-God” Quest

Maui will offer you a quest called “A Feast Worthy of a Demi-God.” To complete this quest, you must prepare three meals that each have at least three-star quality.

Fish Steak: Combine fish, tomatoes, and basil
