How to Gather Stone

You’ll need 100 stone for this quest. Stone is one of the easiest materials to collect in Disney Dreamlight Valley. You can pick stone up directly from the floor throughout the valley, or you can mine it from the rocks you see on the walls and ground.

How to Gather Hardwood

You need 100 hardwood for the rustic clock tower. Hardwood can be found in several biomes throughout the game. Look specifically in the Sunlit Plateau and the Plaza. When searching for hardwood, remember that it’s always the darker colored wood you’re looking for. Be careful not to confuse it with softwood, which is lighter in color. You can pick hardwood up from the ground in these biomes.

How to Craft Iron Ingots

You’ll need 30 iron ingots for this quest. Iron ingots are not found directly on the ground—you must craft them. First, mine iron ore from rocks throughout the valley. When you’ve collected enough iron ore, head to your crafting table. The conversion rate is 5 iron ore to 1 iron ingot, and you’ll also need coal to complete the crafting process. Make sure you have enough coal on hand before you start crafting.

How to Gather Clay

You need 200 clay for this quest. Clay is gathered by digging in specific biomes using your shovel. You can find clay in three locations: the Sunlit Plateau, the Forgotten Lands, and the Glade of Trust. Look for glittering dig holes and dig sites in these zones, as they have a higher chance of yielding clay. However, you can also find clay by digging in normal ground areas. Based on experience, you have approximately a 30-40% chance to get clay when digging in these biomes, so you’ll need to do quite a bit of digging to reach 200 clay.

Crafting the Rustic Clock Tower

Once you’ve gathered all your materials—100 stone, 100 hardwood, 30 iron ingots, and 200 clay—return to Minnie Mouse. She’ll confirm that you have everything needed. Now head to your crafting table and navigate to the furniture section. Find the rustic clock tower recipe and craft it using your collected materials.

Placing the Rustic Clock Tower

After crafting the rustic clock tower, you’ll need to place it somewhere in the village. Open your inventory and go to the furniture section. Select the rustic clock tower.
