Spirits of Nature Quest Guide – Disney Dreamlight Valley

Welcome to this comprehensive quest guide for the Spirits of Nature quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley. This is the first quest you’ll encounter when entering the Frozen Realm for the first time. Follow this step-by-step guide to complete all objectives and unlock the next quest, Chasing the Wind.

Accessing the Frozen Realm

To begin the Spirits of Nature quest, navigate to the Frozen Realm in Disney Dreamlight Valley. The Frozen Realm is located on the first floor of the castle, positioned in the middle section. Enter the realm to start your adventure.

Meeting Anna and Getting Fireproof Gloves

Once inside the Frozen Realm, your first objective is to locate and talk to Anna. When you interact with her, select the dialogue option “Who are you and where are we?” Anna will reward you with fireproof gloves to help you navigate the dangerous fires ahead.

Head to your wardrobe requests and equip the Fireproof Gloves. These cute frozen gloves are essential for the next phase of the quest.

Clearing the Fire Path

With your fireproof gloves equipped, use your watering can to extinguish the fires blocking your path. Systematically work through the area, putting out all the fires to create a clear passage. This will allow you to advance through the main section of the Frozen Realm and continue your exploration.

Catching Brumi the Fire Spirit

After clearing the fire path, your next objective is to catch Brumi, the fire spirit. Brumi appears as a small flying pink flame-like creature. Follow it around the area until you can walk over it and interact with it to capture it.

Once you’ve successfully caught Brumi, return to Anna near the entrance of the Frozen Realm and give her the fire spirit.

Following Anna and Preparing Stone Soup

After giving Brumi to Anna, follow her through the forest. Once she stops running, talk to her again. Anna will give you ingredients needed to prepare a stone soup. Your task is to gather:

3 Craggy Rocks

Basil

Oregano

Finding Craggy Rocks

You’ll find craggy rocks scattered throughout the Frozen Realm. One craggy rock is located just over from Anna. Continue exploring the area to find the remaining rocks you need.

Locating Basil and Oregano

Return to Disney Dreamlight Valley to gather the herbs. Basil can be found growing naturally in the Peaceful Meadow. Oregano is available in the Plaza area and has a distinctive appearance.

Cooking the Stone Soup

With all ingredients collected, head to any available oven in Disney Dreamlight Valley. You can use any oven for this recipe—you’re not restricted to a specific location. Combine the 3 craggy rocks, basil, and oregano to create your stone soup.

Placing the Stone Soup

Return to the Frozen Realm and locate the Earth Giant’s foot. You’ll find a pedestal near the giant’s foot where you must place the stone soup. Navigate back to the castle’s first floor and walk through to find this location. Interact with the pedestal and place your stone soup there.

Exploring the Enchanted Forest

After placing the stone soup, talk to Anna once more. She’ll inform you that the giant has taken the soup and wandered off. Your next objective is to explore deeper into the Enchanted Forest and find Elsa. Equip your pickaxe and shovel to clear the path ahead.

Mining Through Obstacles

As you venture deeper, you’ll encounter large rocks blocking your path. Use your pickaxe to mine and remove these obstacles, creating a clear passage to advance through the Enchanted Forest.

Crossing the Icy River

After clearing the rocky path, you’ll reach an icy river where you can see Elsa on the opposite side. Unfortunately, the bridge is flooded and impassable. Talk to Anna again for guidance on how to proceed.

Fishing for the Engagement Ring

Anna will direct you to a calm pool nearby. Equip your fishing rod and fish in the orange-colored pool. Your objective is to catch an engagement ring—Anna’s very own engagement ring. This special item is crucial for progressing the quest.

Once you’ve successfully fished up the ring, give it to Anna. This action will trigger a magical event at the river, clearing the floodwaters and making the bridge passable once more.

Quest Complete

Congratulations! You’ve successfully completed the Spirits of Nature quest. With the bridge now clear, you can proceed to meet Elsa and begin the next quest, Chasing the Wind. Check the playlist mentioned on screen for the guide to that quest.
