How to Unlock Simba in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Simba is one of the easiest characters to unlock in Disney Dreamlight Valley. This guide will walk you through the simple steps required to add the Lion King’s beloved protagonist to your valley. By following these instructions, you’ll have Simba—along with Nala—unlocked and ready to interact with in no time.

Step 1: Enter the Disney Dreamlight Castle

Start by heading to the Disney Dreamlight Castle. Simba has his own dedicated realm called the Lion King Kingdom, which is located on the middle floor of the castle on the left side.

Step 2: Unlock the Lion King Realm

To access the Lion King realm, you’ll need to spend 10,000 Dream Light. Once you pay this cost, the realm will unlock and you can enter it.

Step 3: Complete the “Eyes in the Dark” Quest

Upon entering the Lion King realm, your first quest will be called “Eyes in the Dark” and features Nala. During this quest, you’ll need to place two key structures in your valley:

Nala’s House

Pride Rock

These placements will cost you 15,000 Gold or Star Coins. Once you complete this step, Nala will move to the valley.

Step 4: Complete the “The Stars That Guide Us” Quest

After finishing the “Eyes in the Dark” quest, you’ll unlock the second quest in the Lion King realm called “The Stars That Guide Us”. This is a longer quest, but completing it will officially invite Simba into your valley.
