Your My Favorite Deputy Quest Guide – Disney Dreamlight Valley

This comprehensive quest guide will walk you through completing the “Your My Favorite Deputy” quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Follow these step-by-step instructions to gather all necessary materials, help Woody create his farm, and welcome him to your valley.

Step 1: Speak with Woody in the Toy Story Realm

Start by navigating to the Toy Story Realm and locating Woody. Speak with him to learn about the materials he needs. Woody will ask you to gather the following items within the Toy Story Realm:

Ice pop sticks

Pipe cleaners

Step 2: Gather Pipe Cleaners in the Toy Story Realm

You’ll find pipe cleaners scattered throughout Woody’s room. Use your pickaxe to break them free from the goop and gum they’re stuck in. Here are the specific locations:

One near the front door entrance

One in front of the bed (underneath where Woody would stand)

One on the lollipop in the room

One opposite where Woody stands

One in the Easter Egg book near the curtains on the right side of the bed

One in the closet

Step 3: Gather Ice Pop Sticks in the Toy Story Realm

Ice pop sticks are found in various locations throughout the room. You’ll need a shovel to collect them from the trash and other areas. Collect them from these locations:

One in the trash (use shovel)

One in the closet

One immediately outside the closet

One to the right of the closet

One near the door entrance

One underneath where Woody would stand

One in the corner of the room

One in the Spring book

One near the toy oven and microwave

One in front of the orange flower sign

Step 4: Return Materials to Woody

Once you’ve collected all the ice pop sticks and pipe cleaners, return to Woody and give him these items. You’ll need a pickaxe for the pipe cleaners and a shovel for the ice pop sticks.

Step 5: Gather Yellow Daisies in Dreamlight Valley

Now you need to collect materials in Dreamlight Valley itself. Head to the Peaceful Meadow and gather two yellow daisies. These flowers resemble starry leaves but are distinctly yellow daisies found throughout the meadow area.

Step 6: Speak with Buzz and Obtain Glue

Locate Buzz in Dreamlight Valley and speak with him. He will provide you with glue that you’ll need to hold the farm together.

Step 7: Return to Woody with Completed Items

Go back to Woody in the Toy Story Realm and give him the yellow daisies and glue you’ve collected. This will complete the farm construction.

Step 8: Meet Woody at Bonnie’s Farm

Travel to Bonnie’s Farm beside the bed and speak with Woody. Now you’ll need to search the room for origami animals to decorate the newly built farm.

Step 9: Collect Origami Animals

Search Bonnie’s bedroom for the following origami animals and place them in the farm:

One elephant in front of the bed

One elephant near the backpack at the door

One tortoise/turtle in the closet near the door

One penguin behind the big flower chair

One purple or pink butterfly next to the Easter Egg book outside Bonnie’s farm

Step 10: Give Origami Animals to Woody

Return all the origami animals to Woody. He will place them in the farm, creating a beautiful display.

Step 11: Place Woody’s Carousel in Dreamlight Valley

After completing the farm decoration, access your inventory and navigate to Furniture Requests from Woody. Select “Woody’s Carousel” to place it in Dreamlight Valley. Choose your preferred location in the valley—many players like to place it near Buzz for a nice display. Note that this is a large furniture piece.

Step 12: Complete the Carousel Construction

Use the construction sign to finish building the carousel. This will prepare it for Woody’s arrival in Dreamlight Valley.

Step 13: Welcome Woody to Dreamlight Valley

Speak with Woody one final time to complete the quest and officially welcome him to your Dreamlight Valley.
