How to Get All Pokemon in Wild Zone 12 – Pokemon Legends Z-A

In this guide, we’ll walk you through every location and method to capture all Pokemon, TMs, and Alpha Pokemon available in Wild Zone 12. Whether you’re a completionist trainer or just looking to fill your Pokedex, this tutorial covers everything you need to know.

Prerequisites

Before you can access Wild Zone 12, you must first unlock Mission 15. Once completed, Wild Zone 12 becomes accessible from the south of the map. Make sure you’re prepared before entering the zone.

Western Entrance Area

Enter from the Westhand side of the map to begin your exploration. As soon as you enter, you’ll encounter your first Pokemon encounter.

Doduo (Delhi Bird)

The first Pokemon you’ll see is Doduo (called Delhi Bird in this guide). This Pokemon is quite timid and will disappear as soon as it spots you. To successfully catch Doduo, you must hide in the nearby bushes before attempting to engage. This cautious approach is essential for a successful encounter.

Snom and Abomasnow

In the open field ahead, you’ll find numerous Snom (Snowver) scattered throughout the area. These Pokemon are very easy to find and are available both day and night. You’ll also encounter Abomasnow in the same open field location, equally straightforward to locate.

Gogoat

Gogoat (Go goats) can be found throughout the open field area. These Pokemon spawn regularly and are not difficult to encounter during your exploration.

Vanillite

Vanillite can be found in the snowy areas in front of the main entrance. These ice-type Pokemon are very common in Wild Zone 12 and easy to locate.

Snom (Snow Runts) – Abundance

There are tons of Snom (referred to as Snow Runts) throughout the western area. If you haven’t caught enough yet, this region has plenty for you to encounter.

Second Doduo Location

Another Doduo (Delhi Bird) can be found near the south entrance on the eastern side of the map. Use the same hiding strategy as with the first one.

Training Court Area

As you continue exploring, you’ll reach the Training Court. This area contains valuable Pokemon and items.

Machop

Inside the training court, you’ll find Machop (Match-up). These Pokemon are common within this enclosed area and are straightforward to catch.

TM Location

In the centre of the training court, there is a TM available for pickup. While the exact ability it teaches wasn’t specified in this guide, make sure to collect it when you reach the court’s center.

Southern Area – Stairs and Lower Region

Head south from the training court and proceed down the stairs. This lower region contains several important Pokemon and collectibles.

Burmy

At the bottom of the stairs in the southern area, you’ll find Burmy (Burglomites). These Pokemon are located in the lower section of the zone and are relatively easy to encounter.

Additional Vanillite Locations

More Vanillite can be found on the left side as you explore the lower southern region. These additional ice-types provide another opportunity if you need multiples.

Alpha Pokemon – Avalugg

The crown jewel of Wild Zone 12 is the Alpha Avalugg located in the pond area. This special Pokemon requires a specific approach to access.

Accessing the Alpha Avalugg

The Alpha Avalugg can be found in the pond in the southern region of Wild Zone 12. To reach it, use the bridge that provides access across the water. The Alpha Pokemon awaits on the other side.

Summary

Wild Zone 12 contains eight unique Pokemon species for you to catch and collect. By following this guide, you’ll find Doduo (×2), Snom, Abomasnow, Gogoat, Vanillite, Burmy, and the special Alpha Avalugg. Remember to unlock Mission 15 first, use stealth when needed for the timid Doduo, and don’t forget to collect the TM from the training court. With patience and the right approach, you’ll complete your Wild Zone 12 collection in no time.
