Marble Colossus Quest Guide in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Marble Colossus Quest is an exciting challenge that automatically starts as soon as you unlock the Statue’s Shadow area in Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Storybook Vale. This guide will walk you through every step of the quest, from exploring the area to crafting the necessary items and completing the final objective.

Getting Started: Enter the Statue’s Shadow Area

The Marble Colossus Quest will automatically begin when you unlock the Statue’s Shadow area. Head into this location to start your adventure.

Once you arrive, take time to explore the area. You’ll notice there’s a bridge on the right side that appears to be broken or incomplete.

Investigate the Broken Bridge

As you explore, you’ll discover a panel near the bridge. Interact with it to read the message: “The gears grind but the bridge doesn’t budge, it seems something is missing.” The quest will prompt you to try extending the bridge to reach the statue by interacting with the nearby panel.

You’ll quickly learn that the bridge is broken and you need to talk to Hades for assistance.

Talk to Hades

Head to Hades and speak with him. He will tell you that you need to craft Pain and Panic Veys to repair the bridge. You’ll need to craft two of these items.

Crafting Pain and Panic Veys

Navigate to your crafting bench to prepare the items. To craft each Pain and Panic Veys, you’ll need the following ingredients:

Marble

Squid

Gold Ingots

Since you need two Pain and Panic Veys, make sure you have enough materials for both. If you need to make room in your inventory, you may need to sell or store some items before crafting.

Once you have the necessary ingredients, craft both Pain and Panic Veys at your crafting bench.

Place the Veys on the Pillars

Return to the Statue’s Shadow area and locate the pillars on either side of the bridge—one on the left and one on the right.

Interact with each pillar to place one Pain and Panic Veys on the left pillar and one on the right pillar. This will activate the mechanism to repair the bridge.

Activate the Bridge

Once both Veys are in place, interact with the bell or panel to activate the bridge mechanism. The bridge will now extend and become functional.

Activate the Portal and Complete the Quest

With the bridge now functional, cross it to reach the statue. Equip your Royal Net and interact with the portal to activate it.

Once the portal is activated, the Marble Colossus Quest will be complete!
